Defective cladding replacement project at Millers Point building

CJ Duncan was engaged by AMP Capital to replace all combustible cladding at their Walsh Street Sydney property. All combustible cladding was removed and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting. The investigation works, specification and tender process was managed by Turner Townsend.

A critical consideration for this work was to ensure as little disruption as possible for the many occupants that work within the commercial building. CJ Duncan has many decades of experience working in ‘live’ buildings and this was a major decision in our successful selection for the project.
