CJ Duncan was engaged to complete remedial works to this block of 5 apartments. The project included replacing waterproofing in leaking planter boxes and balconies – the works also included for the associated retiling.

Additionally, we installed all the required control joints and completed render repairs to the entire building. We then applied facade membrane to the entire building. It was necessary to scaffold fully.

All residents remained in-situ throughout the construction works and were carefully managed and respected.
